Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click. You keep your speed until the end of the period you paid for. The Spark plan stays free forever.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed via Stripe — card or Apple Pay. When you click Choose on a plan, you'll be redirected to our checkout page to complete the purchase.
Do paid plans watch more warehouses?
No. Every plan watches the same Amazon and FedEx warehouses. Paid plans simply hear about openings sooner and can filter jobs more aggressively.
What's a "repeat reminder"?
If a job is still open after your alert fires, we'll re-ping you at the cadence you choose (3, 5, or 10 minutes). Spark users get one ping only.
